Evans to address Studium Generale East on Thursday

PORT TOWNSEND — Bill Evans will address Studium Generale East from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday.

The free lecture series is at Peninsula College’s Fort Worden Campus, 202 Eisenhower Ave.

Evans is recognized in the world of dance for his talent, innovative choreography and dedication to the art.

“We are honored to welcome Bill Evans to Peninsula College at Fort Worden for this special event,” said Kelly Doran, an instructor at Peninsula College. “His contributions to the world of dance are truly inspiring, and we are excited to provide our students and the community with the opportunity to learn from a master in the field.”

Evans will share insights from his decades-long life in dance, offering a glimpse into his experiences, influences and creative process.
